Youth membership is open for sub bantams through age 18, with membership also open for adults and masters.

The CASTRO VALLEY TRACK CLUB was formed in 2001 and incorporated in January of 2009. The Club is both a USA Track and Field Club (Pacific Association Club #0010) and also a Road Runners Club of America. We train and compete for track and field and for cross country. High school athletes can compete for us after their last high school track meet.

USATF and Junior Olympics track meets offer the finest venues for youth track and field, as well as the most complete offering of events (example: 100 meter to 5,000 meter, steeple chase, all relays (of 100 meters/400 meters/800 meters), hurdles (including 400 meter hurdles), and all field events (pole vault, high jump, long jump, shot put, discuss, javelin), and multi-events.

The youth track and field season culminates with the National Junior Olympics at the end of July.

Immediately after track and field ends, there is off season track and field conditioning. Also, the Club starts its team cross country practices and meets, ending in Junior Olympics cross country meets, with Nationals in early December. High School athletes can compete in this after their final high school meet.
